Having moved to a 'country house', I have asked my uncle to create a selection of paintings depicting country scenes. Anything......landscape, architecture, activities.....essentially anything expressing country views. That said, I however requested for this collection, themes around the European country scene. Why? (At this juncture), this is what I like; in particular, in keeping with our community architecture.
He agreed, and he came up with quite a superb collection.
